Data transmitted: Nowhere. The extension makes no network requests at all. There is no server behind it; there is nothing to send data to.
Analytics / telemetry: None. No analytics SDK, no crash reporting, no beacons, no remote configuration.
Accounts: None. There is no sign-in, no licence check, and no payment of any kind.
Local storage: Your own preferences only, held in chrome.storage.local inside your browser. Uninstalling the extension removes them.

storage: Stores your format choice (PNG / JPEG / both) and whether to save or copy. Local to the browser.
clipboardWrite: Needed to put the captured frame on your clipboard. Clipboard images must be PNG, so a JPEG setting is converted to PNG for the copy only.
host access to youtube.com and youtube-nocookie.com: The content script has to run inside the player page to add the camera button and read the frame. It is scoped to those two hosts and nothing else — no <all_urls>, no other site.

The extension is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, of any age.
